  • What Shipping Methods Are Available?

    We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

  • How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

    Our shipping providers estimate that you will receive your package in 2-5 days.


    However, your package may be delayed due to weather conditions, changes to your order, and other circumstances beyond our control. In these rare occurrences, we will do our best to inform you of the delay as soon as possible.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

  • Is Buying Online Safe?

    All of the information you enter on our website is backed by 256-bit HTTPS connection security using secure socket layer (SSL) software. This means your information is encrypted to arrive privately and unaltered, to our private and secure server only.

  • What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    We accept American Express, VISA, Discover, Mastercard, and PayPal on our online store.


    In-store, we accept American Express, VISA, Discover, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

  • How do I place an Order?

    1. Visit our Shop
    2. Select a treat and click on the button that says “Add to Cart” or “Select Options” for scones.
    3. Select the quantity you would like to order.
    4. Repeat for as many treats as you would like to order!
    5. When you’re satisfied, click “View Cart” or the Shopping Bag icon with numbers in the top right corner.
    6. Enter your shipping and billing information.
    7. Complete your order.

    Check your email for confirmation of your order. If you do not receive one within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk mail. If it’s not there, send us an email at hello@JustDeliciousScones.com

  • How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    Please send an email to hello@justdeliciousscones.com with your name, phone number, and order number.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    You do not!


    However, creating an account allows you to save your orders, shipping addresses, and payment information on our secure servers for faster checkout!

  • How Do I Track My Order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.


    You can click on the link below to visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number for an update and sign up for shipping updates!
