Our Story

I had always loved baking but a trip overseas changed my life; I wanted to bring the “Taste of Europe” into my treats and debuted my now-famous scones at my first store, Cup A Cino, in 1994.

Just Delicious Scones started shortly thereafter, as my scones became highly sought-after for all special occasions, cherished by old and young alike.

We loved the The Royal Treat Tea Room in Roseville, Michigan from 2010 to 2019. We moved to The Pink House Tea Room & Cocktail Lounge in New Baltimore, Michigan in 2019.

Since then, guests, family, and friends have gifted us priceless family heirlooms and beautiful China from all over the world!

Our Tea Room has become a favorite for anyone that enjoys conversation over traditional tea and scones, while being surrounded by art and decorations filled with history, love, and memories.

We offer freshly-made lunch selections in our tea room with menu items including many unique varieties of quiche, veggie frittata, and much more!

Over the last 24 years, my recipes have evolved to feature 14 regular flavors, as well as gluten-free, “no sugar added”, and limited seasonal selections!

Our bakery also produces other scrumptious treats, including cookies, pralines, skookies, brownies, shortbread, bars, and more!

My mission was to create the most delicious scone in the world and I believe I have succeeded! Try them for yourself and see!
